The more in-depth you go into your neighborhood, the more online hits you're likely to receive. But even disregarding the extra web traffic, an overview of your vacation rental home's location is important. Describe its neighborhood (is it local or touristy?) and what it's close to--from tourist attractions to supermarkets.
Include your home's address so clients can look it up, as well as a good set of directions to save them time. You can embed its location via Google Maps directly on your website. Link to local community guides or newspapers: the more helpful you are online, the more you're selling your property with no extra work.
