The three main aspects you want to cover on your website are property stats, information about the community and business details. Providing all this information briskly but completely, along with a few stellar shots of your place, is one of the best ways to catch the eyes of potential clients.
You can be most helpful online by providing a complete list of your property's statistics: things like size, number of bedrooms and bathrooms and, if possibly, square footage and a rough floor plan.
Also be sure to include a list of special features that distinguish your vacation rental home from the rest. Note whether you offer air conditioning, Wi-Fi, recreational games, whether pets are allowed and boast about your location. Sell them on whatever it is that makes your home unique.
