Should I offer a repeat guest discount?

If guests return to my property a second or third time, should I be offering them a discount?

It's not unusual, nor even unfair for repeat travelers to ask for a discount. The offer is enticing especially if you both took kindly to each other and appreciate both party's honest business. If you've never before offered a repeat discount, consider their offer, especially if it's a reasonable percentage. By accepting a bit less money now, you're actually saving yourself way more time in the future by finding new travelers to stay. It's less worry and work for you in the long run.
