Should I create a brochure for my vacation rental?

I always see those rack brochures at tourism offices. Should I create one for my home?

Brochures are an all-or-nothing kind of deal. A poorly made brochure can sit in a kiosk for ages, whereas glossy ones are picked up simply for their photographs alone all the time. You can hire someone to help you make a promising brochure, or else keep the following things in mind when making one yourself: Describe your property in great, colorful detail; include a good amount of high-res photos; and put down all of your contact information. Give them as much information as you can without cluttering it up too much, to give them the clearest picture of what you have to offer.
